Bring Clarity
Understand what’s really happening inside the business. Identify the issues, bottlenecks and competing priorities creating noise.
You’re probably carrying too much. I work one-to-one with founders to cut through the noise, find what matters and turn strategy into action.
35+ years in business, sales and real-world execution.

If you’re running around like a hamster on a wheel because your business feels stuck, it’s not because you’re incapable.
Too many decisions. Too many moving parts. Too many things that still seem to land back on your desk.
Most founders aren’t short on ideas. They know what needs to happen. The problem is what happens after the planning session ends.
That’s where Epic Business Hub comes in. I work one-to-one with founders: first to diagnose what’s really getting in the way, then to find a simple solution, and then to help you put it into action.
Remove the noise. Find the signal. Build from there.
Clarity and structure don’t need to be complicated to be effective.
Understand what’s really happening inside the business. Identify the issues, bottlenecks and competing priorities creating noise.
Put practical systems, responsibilities and processes around the areas that need them.
Move from knowing what should happen to actually making it happen through priorities, accountability and follow-through.
If too many decisions, problems and tasks keep coming back to you, start identifying why and fixing it.
Following our conversation, I’ll put together a short, practical Growth Plan of about 3 to 4 pages. You keep it whether or not we work together.
A relaxed first conversation about the business, what’s frustrating you and where you feel stuck. No pitch. No pressure.
A practical plan that identifies what’s working, what’s getting in the way, the biggest opportunities and what needs attention first.
We go through the Growth Plan together, challenge the thinking and identify the priorities that matter most.
If we decide to work together, we focus on systems, responsibilities, bottlenecks, coordination, priorities and accountability.
You know something isn’t working, but you can’t quite put your finger on what.

In November 1989, at 21 — six months before I turned 22 — Dad had the idea to start a tile importing business, and we went into it together. Dad was 57.
Over the years I found myself involved in almost every part of the business: operations, customers, claims, merchandising, overseas payments, marketing and even unloading containers.
I learned something important. Working harder doesn’t always fix what’s wrong. Sometimes the business doesn’t need more effort. It needs more clarity, more structure, better systems and clearer priorities.
I’ve now spent more than 35 years working across business and sales, including our family tile business, five years in real estate and five years as a freelance copywriter.
That’s why I created Epic Business Hub: to help business owners get out of the weeds, see what’s really happening and move forward with more clarity and less complexity.

Not corporate thought leadership. Just practical thinking from someone who has been in the trenches.
Sometimes the biggest obstacle in a business isn’t the market, the economy or the competition. It’s the person running it.
Article coming soonBeing good at business doesn’t mean being good at everything in the business. Knowing where your strengths end matters.
Article coming soonWe often think growth requires one big move. Sometimes the smartest way forward is simply the next step.
Article coming soonGrowth isn’t always about getting bigger. Sometimes it’s about becoming better at what you’re already doing.
Article coming soonAt 22, the last thing I thought I’d do was go into business with my parents. That experience taught me lessons no textbook could.

Primarily founders and small-to-medium business owners who feel stuck, overloaded, overly involved in the day-to-day or unsure what needs to happen next.
No. I work one-to-one. I’ll diagnose what’s going on, work out a simple solution with you, and help you carry it out.
No. You already understand your business better than I do. My job is to ask the right questions, bring an outside perspective, and help you act on what has been holding you back.
No. The Growth Plan is designed to provide genuine value whether or not we ultimately work together.
About 3 to 4 pages. It is designed to be read in one sitting and acted on straight away, not filed away in a drawer.
We talk about your business, your challenges and where you want to go. There is no obligation to continue.
I’ll tell you. I’d rather be honest than take on work where I don’t believe I can genuinely add value.
